We partner with churches and missionaries around the world. We have a specific emphasis on seeing healthy gospel-centered churches and ministries planted and grown in Latin America. We desire every partnership we have to be a true partnership that is mutually beneficial to our church and our partner church or missionary. Although our pastors and some members will travel to do specific service or teaching projects from time to time, a significant purpose of our partnerships is building friendships and encouragement. There is something powerful about building friendships with pastors, churches, and missionaries in other parts of the world that are on the same mission as us.
Iglesia Misión Rescate (Rescue Mission Church)
Rescue Mission is an Acts 29 church located in Barranquilla, Colombia. Pastor Jason and another Sojourn member visited Pastor Juan and Rescue Mission in November of 2019. Pastor Juan visited Sojourn and preached his first ever sermon in English in February of 2020. A main ministry of Rescue Mission is a seminary that currently trains approximately 600 pastors and church leaders. This seminary is a theological light in an area where false and destructive theology is very popular.

Iglesia Reformada Calvary (Calvary Reformed Church)
Calvary is an Acts 29 church in Santa Marta, Colombia. Pastor Jason and another Sojourn member visited Pastor Edison and Calvary in November of 2019. Calvary is a local church in Santa Marta, but also has a Compassion International ministry to poor children in the city. They seek to serve the physical, mental, and spiritual needs of approximately 300 children in Santa Marta.
How we partner: Mutual encouragement, expected future trips to serve with the Compassion project, financial support
Missionary Couple Training to go to Southern Asia
We financially support and pray for a married couple that are currently training to become church planting missionaries in Southern Asia. Their ministry vision is to take the gospel to places where it is not so that God can be worshipped by all peoples. They specifically want to see lasting, local church-planting movements begin among these people groups that brings renewal and transformation among entire cultures and societies.
